You probably have a lot of questions too, perhaps you are unsure or there are fears and worries mixed in with your anticipation. Don't hesitate to seek expert advice at any time: The recognized pregnancy advice centres in North Rhine-Westphalia offer support and competent help.

WHERE CAN I GET HELP?

Use the advice center finder on the familienplanung.de portal of the Federal Centre for Health Education BZgA to find a local pregnancy advice center in just a few clicks.

Comprehensive information on many topics relating to pregnancy, birth and family planning can also be found on the portal www.familienplanung.de of the Federal Center for Health Education.

On the portal www.schwanger-und-viele-fragen.de you will find bundled information on counseling services during pregnancy.

An information flyer on pregnancy advice from the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs is available to download free of charge.

If you are pregnant and no one is allowed to know, you can obtain information about confidential birth at www.geburt-vertraulich.de.

The "Pregnant women in need" helpline is available free of charge around the clock by calling 0800 40 40 020.

You can get advice quickly, securely and anonymously by email or chat via the online advice hotline "Pregnant women in need".

The bke Bundeskonferenz für Erziehungsberatung has expanded its online counseling service and, in cooperation with the Nationales Zentrum Frühe Hilfen, offers consultation hours and email counseling for expectant parents and families with babies.

Many local authorities bundle free and affordable services and contact addresses relating to family life, parent-child courses, play and contact groups, health promotion and much more on a special search portal.
