nora app: Call for quick help in emergency situations

The new nora app of the federal states makes a "silent" emergency call possible. In threatening situations, you can use the free app to reach the emergency control centers of the police, fire department and rescue service directly. The most important information can be sent with the help of symbols, short texts and a simple user guidance.
