There you will find contact persons, educational and leisure activities. The advisors will listen to you, advise you individually, arrange group activities or support from coaches. • Jmd4you is the online advice service of the youth migration services. Access is protected and counseling is anonymous. You must therefore register here once.

The 54 municipal integration centers are facilities of the districts and independent cities in NRW. They offer services and support options on site or the staff can put you in touch with the relevant advice centers.

The case managers who work in the state's municipal integration management program also offer individual advice and support. They support people with a history of flight or immigration in arriving in the city. They work closely with you, clarify your personal wishes and concerns and develop an individual support plan tailored to you so that you can achieve your own goals. They will help you in many areas: If you have questions about your residence status, education or work, even if you want to join a sports or cultural club.
