Arriving in a new country is not easy. You have to find your way in a completely new world, get used to the school and education system, find new friends and learn the German language. And then there are the normal difficulties of growing up. Quite a lot at once for a young person. Here you can find out where you can get support.

Perhaps your life is particularly complicated at the moment because you have only recently arrived in Germany. Or many situations are new and challenging for you and you are finding it difficult to settle in. Perhaps you simply feel helpless because you don't know what to do next. You certainly have a lot of questions on your mind.
For example:
- Where can I find suitable language courses?
- Is there a (youth) integration course near me?
- Where can I find young people in a similar situation?
- How does life work here?
- Who will help me with problems at school?
- Will my school-leaving certificate be recognized here?
- What career opportunities do I have?
- How can I find an apprenticeship?
- Who will support me financially?
- Who can help me with applications and dealing with the authorities?
- Who can I turn to if I need someone to talk to?
Even if there are many challenges at once: It helps to talk about it. Have the courage to take the first step and contact a counseling center or an online counseling service. Counseling is free and completely confidential.
