Info for exhibitors

Every day, associations and organizations make a valuable contribution in a wide variety of areas of our society - including children's, youth and family work. To reflect the diversity of North Rhine-Westphalia, we need you: Your association, your institution, your initiative or your organization to shape the day together.

We expect numerous visitors:inside in the course of the event day. Your offer will thus reach numerous interested citizens:inside.

We will provide you with the infrastructure free of charge. Two options are available:

• Your presentation in the pagoda tent (size: 5 x 5 m) with two beer table sets and a three-way socket (if required use of extended outdoor area)

• Your performance as part of the stage program with use of existing sound and lighting equipment
.
