You have questions about parenting? The bke parents' counseling service offers an online contact point. Here (expectant) parents can find professional parenting advice and exchange with other parents.

What is bke online consulting?

The Bundeskonferenz für Erziehungsberatung e. V. (bke) is the professional association for educational and family counseling in Germany. The employees offer web-based mail and chat counseling. They are professionally qualified and have several years of professional experience in educational and family counseling. The counseling via the online platform is anonymous, free of charge and data secure.

You can find the special offers for (expectant) parents on the bke homepage in the forum, group chat and individual chat areas with the help of the green symbols.

Forum

In the public forum, you can join in the discussion around the clock. The counselors of the bke parent counseling accompany the diverse topic chats. To post a contribution, you need to register or log in once.

Current group chats

In the daily group chats, you can share your concerns and questions with other parents. Open group chats as well as chats on selected topics are offered. You can recognize the special chat offers for pregnant women and (expectant) parents of children from 0 to 3 years by the green symbol. To participate in the chat, you must be registered (at least one hour before the chat starts).

Single chat

In the individual chat, you can discuss personal problems and questions directly with a bke counselor. At the times offered, you can easily enter the "consulting room". From there, you will then be invited into the chat. The consultation hours for pregnant women, babies and toddlers take place every Wednesday between 10:00 and 12:00 or between 19:00 and 21:00.
