Describe exactly when and where something happened and who was involved. Describe the detailed course of events. In the case of theft or damage to property, please tell us what was stolen or damaged and how much the damage is.
If you have a concrete suspicion of the crime or if you know of any witnesses to the incident, please include their details in your report. If you are unable to provide the details, please give as detailed a description of the person as possible.
