Men's helpline
Violence against men must not be a taboo subject!
Men also experience violence in various forms: for example in childhood, in a relationship, in public spaces or on the internet. The men's helpline is a first point of contact for those affected, but also for people close to them who want to help. Via the internet platform www.maennerhilfetelefon.de you can reach the advice service quickly, barrier-free and free of charge.

Violence against boys and men has many faces: it ranges from childhood abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence, bullying and stalking to digital harassment and hate speech on social media.
Many boys and men rarely or never talk about such or similar boundary violations, even if the assaults place a heavy emotional burden on them - usually out of shame, fear or feelings of guilt, because boys and men as victims are still far too often a social and private taboo subject.
If you are affected by violence: Get support via the men's helpline. Talking to them can be the first step out of isolation and the spiral of violence.
Where can we find help and advice?
The counseling service for men affected by violence can be reached by phone, chat and email:
