With all the grief, the consequences of a separation must also be considered. Moving out, finances, maintenance issues, consequences for the children: How should everything be settled?

1. phase: marriage crisis

- Get advice on separation and divorce consequences .
- Review the income and financial situation .
- Screening of all personal documents .
2. phase: separation
.- Execute spatial separation of table and bed .
- Make agreement on marital home .
- Declare time of separation under witnesses or in writing .
- Take personal documents with you when you move out (IDs, birth and marriage certificates, employment papers, bank contracts, insurance documents, certificates, bank statements, etc.)
- Agreement on separation maintenance .
- Regulate visitation rights for the children .

3rd phase: divorce petition
