The civil partnership certificate proves the establishment of a civil partnership and contains the first and family names at the time of the establishment and before, place and date of birth of the civil partners, place and date of the establishment of the civil partnership as well as the information on the religious community of the civil partners.

In addition to the civil partnership certificate, you can also obtain a certified printout from the civil partnership register.
