. Call you can also as a friend if you are worried about someone else. You don't even have to give your name or leave personal information. Everything that is discussed remains anonymous and confidential.

You can contact the Nummer gegen Kummer with any questions that are bothering you. Every concern is worth a call.

The volunteer professionals at the online counseling service will work with you to find a solution. You can reach the counseling service at www.jugendnotmail.de. The counseling is free of charge. Registration is uncomplicated and anonymous under your nickname possible.

About the new app "Junoma" is always a conversation person on the cell phone available. The app is available free of charge in the app stores.

• Topic chats: In the moderated topic chats you can openly exchange with other young people on many topics.
• Forum: In the forum you have the opportunity to join in the discussion. The minimum age is 16 years for legal reasons. The chats revolve around topics such as "bullying for outing", "parents or boyfriend?", "fear of vomiting" or "addiction and drugs" and many more.

Then you can talk openly with an experienced youth counselor about anything that moves you personally. The free counseling service is aimed at young people between the ages of 14 and 21. The counseling via the online platform is anonymous and free of charge for you.

The abbreviation SKFM stands for Sozialdienst Katholischer Frauen und Männer Düsseldorf e. V., an institution of Caritas in the archdiocese of Cologne. The trained employees offer web-based mail and chat counseling specifically for 13- to 27-year-olds. The counseling via the protected online platform is free of charge and independent of nationality and denomination. Those who wish to receive counseling do not need to provide any personal data.
